Yes, it is important for the clinician to determine if the substance use evaluation will meet the requirements for what you are looking for before scheduling the substance use evaluation.

After a consultation, the clinician will send you paperwork to complete, including intake paperwork, payment information, and consent forms. Once that is completed, the actual substance use evaluation will be scheduled.
